English Art Deco Chrome & Butterscotch/Tortoiseshell Bakelite 8-Day Table Clock

This skyscraper shaped English Art Deco 8-day clock features a totally chrome plated body supported on either side by tortoiseshell/butterscotch Bakelite rounded topped pillars each held in place by by two chrome dome topped bolts and standing on a tortoiseshell/butterscotch Bakelite base with chamfered edges. The elegant matte silver and ecru face features delicate Roman numerals with beautifully designed Art Deco chrome geometric hands with the words "8 DAYS" in a sans serif face on the face just above them. The Bakelite is in excellent vintage condition overall and with the "Totally British Made Case" chrome bright and shiny both front and back.
