Art Deco Bakelite Octagonal Quartz Wall Clock

About the Item

Stylish Art Deco bakelite octagonal moulded wall clock with rear brass hanging bracket, white painted dial with Gothic Arabic dial and black spade hands. This is a stunning piece of vintage design that captures the essence of the Art Deco movement. The octagonal shape with smooth, clean lines give it a streamlined, modern look. This clock was originally intended for use with a master clock system however, it is so attractive we decided to convert it to quartz allowing the owner to use it independently and anywhere in the home or office. The Bakelite casing of the clock is a beautiful colour. Bakelite is a plastic Material that was invented in the early 20th century and quickly became popular in the world of design due to its durability and versatility. This wall clock is a remarkable example of Art Deco design, blending geometric shapes and bold colours with streamlined form and function. It is a striking piece of vintage decor that will add a touch of Art Deco elegance and sophistication to any room.
