Chrome “Blow Up” Wall Clock by Fernando and Humberto Campana for Alessi

About the Item

Designed by Brazilian brothers and design collaborators Fernando and Humberto Campana, the Blow-Up series for Alessi melds contemporary precision with a chaotic design aesthetic. The series includes a centerpiece, a basket, a magazine holder, small table, citrus basket, umbrella stand, a mirror and this wall clock constructed from seemingly randomly placed mirror-polished stainless steel rods. The Campana’s have produced designs for Edra, Swarovski, Cappellini and Vitra and their work can be found in the Design Museum in London, the MoMA in NYC and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. In very good condition with wear consistent with age. 25.5” x 25.5” x 2.25”
