About the Item
A beautifully carved wall clock from the transitional period between Rococo and Gustavian styles. The clockwork was crafted by the renowned clockmaker Jacob Kock, active in Stockholm from 1762 to 1805. The case is entirely carved from wood and gilded. The enamel dial features Roman numerals. The functionality of the clockwork is not guaranteed.
