A 1970's glass duck paperweight. attributed to Wedgewood, England Crafted with a base of crystal clear glass, the colourful glass paperweight has been meticulously hand-formed into the shape of a duck. Decorated with applied glass spatters in luminous blue and turquoise, with the from of the duck overlayed in white spatter glass. Accented with an orange glass beak. Its quite a sculptural piece of art-glass, with a larger than the average size compared to other paperweights. The Wedgewood duck measures 8.5 cm tall, with a width of 6 cm and a depth of 10 cm. Comes with a perfectly polished based, is unsigned, and is in great condition for its age and use. Perfect for collectors of Wedgwood glass or those seeking unique 1970s glass art.
