About the Item

This collection combines modular elements in assemblages to create a wide range of pieces. Using just four ring shapes—two rounded and two rectangular—crafted in bronze or aluminum, Lucas Recchia explores the infinite possibilities of composition. Through variations in arrangement, scale, and direction, these forms give rise to side tables, coffee tables, vases, chandeliers, trays, mirrors, and consoles, each with the potential to evolve into new typologies. The result is a dynamic and ever-expanding system where geometry becomes a language of transformation. Every piece is unique and made to order, reflecting Recchia’s commitment to craftsmanship, experimentation, and sculptural design. Lucas Recchia, born in 1992, on an island in the south part of Brazil starts his career as a designer in 2018 with his first solo show for the avant-garde gallery Firma Casa in São Paulo and quickly catches the attention of the whole country as the first Brazilian designer to develop glass techniques in furniture design. He incorporates the potential of recycled glass with ancient techniques with solar energy used by artisans with worldwide experience.
