Freaklab Head Made Entirely by Hand in Ceramic, ' Molti Volti '
About the Item
This Many Faces Sculpture by Freaklab fully represents the meaning of his art and ongoing research
and the technique of majolica and terracotta.
This work is a unique piece. The theme is that of the identity relationship between man and nature.
By creating these zoomorphic and phytomorphic hybridizations Freaklab creates an alienation between man and animal, in this case between man, monkey, bird and fish. All the elements of nature merge into one fantastic work
The artist chose the name Freaklab because he has always created works tending towards the monstrous, the different, enriched by characterizing, exaggerated and disturbing elements, which make it inappropriately pleasant for contemplative and attentive observation.
From my island of fire comes the passion for my creations: animals and monstrous creatures.
Message for man who distances himself from the natural world.
