About the Item
Jean-Claude Capmarty defines himself as a "soft sculptor". This creator, who died in 2014, is the author of numerous installations in France and around the world. He uses stretch film which he models, weaves and lights up with neon lights and colored gelatin. In this sculpture titled "Avec Nuances", he created a structure in white lacquered steel wire, surrounded by chains. Two neon lights reveal touches of blue, red, and yellow colors diffused by the stretch film network.
