Stunning Mid-Century Modern Brutalist TOTEM bronze sculpture in the style of artist Joel Shapiro. Cast in bronze, the sculpture takes on the surface or texture of the wood grain and knots from the lumber that was used to make it. Applied patina to bronze, mounted on black painted particleboard base, artist unknown, unsigned. From the estate of a local art collector. Suitable for exterior, if you replace the base or mount differently. Sculpture is 63.25" H x 8" x 3.5". Base is 10" x 10" x 18.25".
