Kazimir Screen Set by Colé, 3 Abstract patterns, decor dividers inspired to Art
By Julia Dodza
Located in Milan, Lombardy
Masterfully handcrafted in Italy, Kazimir screens, closed in a set composed by 3 single elements (Type A, Type B and Type C), are not only a perfect divider for minimalist or classic rooms, , but also a symbolic bridge, linking design to art, functionality to decoration. In fact the shapes of this screens are freely inspired on the figurative abstract works by the renowned painter Malevich, a pioneer of the geometric abstractionism of 20 the century Russian avant-garde. The geometric motif in black, white, red and green, of the abstract pattern is recalling the body of the characters in the renewed paintings named "Torso".

Cutout V05 - Contemporary Black Metal Sculptural Vase by Millim Studio
By Millim Studio
Located in Frascati, RM
Cutout is an aesthetic research on metal shapes that have been “cutted out” from other projects.
The variable and free geometries, due to the previous processes, give the sign to each new piece.
Abandoned forms come back to show themselves in a new life.
No more matter in excess but form and essence.
Cutout V05 is made off 4 mm sheet metal. The vase is no longer just a container for flowers but becomes a dynamic and harmonious sculpture. Each piece is made in Italy, welded and finished with care by master craftsmen.
"We create experiences between
art, communication, culture and design.
We give value to research and time,
creating unique and innovative processes.
We explore the concept of beauty.

Freaklab Trio Palombari Made Entirely by Hand in Ceramic
By Freaklab
Located in Modica, RG
The Palombari by Freaklab fully represent the meaning of his art and continuous research and the technique of majolica and terracotta.
The trio of Palombari are respectively 35cm, 45cm and 50cm tall.
Divers live in the submerged world, from what? from anything that does not give space to their desires, projects and rights.
Their desire for freedom is evident from the folded bars. These Men and Women want to escape and have their say by expressing the freedom of their thoughts in their dreams. Birds are a very strong symbol of freedom and being 'under water' or in any other place where they don't feel comfortable, they want to find their dimension and their habitat.
The artist chose the name Freaklab because he has always created works tending towards the monstrous, the different, enriched by characterizing, exaggerated and disturbing elements, which make it inappropriately pleasant for contemplative and attentive observation.
From my island...
