Pair of Eclectic 20th Century British Colonial Terracotta Elephants in Pale Pink

About the Item

A pair of British colonial terracotta elephants from the early 20th century, India, with nicely rendered details. These eclectic statues have a very subtle, nicely aged, layer of pale pink and beige paint with burnt red and dark rich grey colored undertones. These elephants could be used to decorate a table top, as fabulous door stoppers or perhaps perched on a counter top in a powder room or kitchen.
