An elegant and most impressive French late 19th century patinated Bronze and Ormolu bust of Raphaella, signed Faure de Brousse. This beautiful bust depicts a Renaissance era princess, Raphaella, decorated in intricate necklaces and a scallop shaped scrolling crown. This attractive bust of Raphaella displays her adorned in formal attire which is designed with scrolling foliate decorations and a finely detailed collar. She is raised on a square mottled edge socle pedestal. All original patina throughout. Vincent Désiré Faure de Brousse was a distinguished French ébéniste of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Renowned for his exquisite craftsmanship and intricate designs, Faure de Brousse specialized in creating luxurious pieces that often incorporated a blend of traditional and contemporary styles. Using high-quality materials, Faure de Brousse's pieces were highly sought after by European aristocracy and collectors.
