Brass Totem Sculpture by Robert Zeidman

About the Item

Stunning 6' Mayan totem sculpture in polished brass by renowned sculptor Robert Zeidman (1915-1996). This unique sculpture is double sided with pinned brass hinges and can be used as a screen as well. When opened it's 42 inches wide. Zeidman headed his own Industrial Design firm for 30 before becoming a prominent sculptor. His work sometimes whimsical or ethereal but always striking can be found in numerous private and corporate collections, including the Seagram Corporation and Nelson Rockefeller. Beautiful and dynamic piece!
