Brutalist Highwire Tightrope Walker Sculpture

About the Item

Brutalist period highwire artist in black patinated steel. The aerialist artist comes in two piece with the base and the actual sculpture that fits into the shoe on the base. The artist has rendered the muscular male figure perfectly balanced with their typically weighted pole to counter any torque or movement. Circa 1970. Good overall condition with minimal minor wear. Structurally sound and sturdy. Approximately 12.88" wide x 17" deep x 20.75" high.
