About the Item
Inuit soapstone sculpture of a face wrapped in a parka hood, the head is carved, so it appears to be movable or separate from the parka hood. The face is detailed nicely and the eyes are very well done. The parka has lines all the way around to mimic a fur collar.
The sculpture measures 3 3/4"-inches high x 3 1/2"-inches wide x 3"-inches deep. Signed on the bottom with what appears to be JT illegible letters, (2nd row) and below that it looks like L46, (as seen in bottom photo).
Note: The marks are difficult to read.
