About the Item

A Grand Tour bronze mounted mahogany and marble model of Roman Ruins, 20th century. This is a rare and exceptionally made model of the Grand Tour period as it is made from carved mahogany and bronze capitals resting upon a marble base. Very nice patina to the bronze and the wood.
