Natural Tsavorite Garnet from Tanzania // 55.98 Grams

About the Item

This huge 55.98-gram prime example of the rarest species of garnet is from Merelani Hills, Manyara Region, Tanzania. This perfectly-hued, incredibly gemmy and lustrous specimen of the variety of grossular garnet is entirely natural, unpolished and uncut, and exhibits the dodecahedral crystal habit common to garnets. The back of the specimen features natural computer chip-like etching lined with graphite inclusions. A true collector's gem crystal.
