Rare 19th Century Puerto Rican Santos - Los Tres Reyes Magos

About the Item

A finely sculpted 19th century 'Caban' family 'Tres Reyes Magos' from Puerto Rico - circa 1880. Carved and polychrome painted wood on ebonized base. Old decal inscribed: "by Caban - age about 80 - 90 years old (1971) from Camuy Puerto Rico.'

Dimensions: 10.5 inches long x 5.25 inches wide x 8.5 inches high.

Condition: minor paint loss, lacking several hands.
