It also has an original "Made In Italy" item number label underneath (folded). The alternating ribbon design creates a unique swirling pattern throughout the piece. You can feel each line on the shade, since it is not covered in clear glass. Very elegant shape. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table.
