Monumental Art Nouveau Jardiniere by Julius Dressler, circa 1910

$11,500

About

We are very proud to present to you this absolute outstanding monumental Art Nouveau Jardiniere by Julius Dressler coming from the famous manufacturers out of Bohemia. A breathtaking Majolica masterpiece in this size (just watch the second picture with a standard bottle of champagne beside) and quality is an absolute rarity. Typical for this era is the floral design, which was implemented in perfection. It is possible that this is one of the last pieces worldwide. As you can think Majolica or ceramic pieces in such a size didn’t survive too often over the time (incl. two world wars) we definitely never had a huge masterpiece in such perfect condition before! The jardiniere is demountable and will be delivered in two parts.
