An exceptional 19th century French Napoleon III period bronze centerpiece on marble base depicts Bacchus and Ariadne in full relief, plus an intriguing dragon's tail handle on each side for symmetry. The bowl rests atop a neoclassical pedestal, which in turn sets upon a beveled marble base for a truly timeless look. Perfect for displaying as an objet d'art, or as a centerpiece with whatever suits your fancy displayed in the generously sized bowl.
