Limoges - large porcelain Baluster - set of 2
France aprox 1960's
Large baluster vase of Limoges France porcelain signed 'Arte Marbella' and 'hand painted' (peinte à la main)'. These art object presents a beautiful hand-painted floral decoration, emphasized by the midnight blue color surrounded by gilding that accentuates the background of a bright white. The alignment of these carefully crafted urns is gold colored.
With its refined decorations and its beautiful size, this porcelain urns from Limoges will delight lovers of refined objects.
Period: mid-20th century
In excellent condition. 1 of 2 vases has a chip on the edge, see photos. Since the lid is over it, this is not or barely visible. Minor fading as photographed. In excellent condition throughout.
