A 1937s Art Deco Yellow and Black Ceramic Italian Cylinder Vase

About the Item

A rare art deco vase also usable for umbrella stand hand-crafted in Sesto fiorentino by A.C.I. it's in good conditions overall and marked on the bottom. The yellow base itìs decorated with black fishes and corals. It's an amazing collector piece from a really small italian ceramic factory in Tuscany. The factory for the production of artistic ceramics "Arte Ceramica Italiana" was founded in Sesto Fiorentino in 1937 by Giorgio Barraud and Nello Messeri who took over the company of Otello Conti and Wais Guarnieri, "Arte della Ceramica Italiana". The experience of the "A.C.I." ends around the mid-1940s. ( source archivio ceramica italiana ). The yellow base itìs decorated with black fishes and corals. It's an amazing collector piece from a really small italian ceramic factory in Tuscany.
