Antique Art Deco Belgian Pottery Vase Maurice Dufrene Boch Freres Keramis 1922

About the Item

A very elegant Art Deco vase by Maurice Dufrène (1876-1955), for Boch Freres Keramis, 1922. The slender ovoid-shaped vase with vertical insised decoration of blue bands heightend in black on a cracquelure white background. Signed to the base "M. Dufrene" and marked "La Maitrise" ( The art workshop of Galeries Lafayette in Paris), model number "D710 made by Keramis La Louvière (Belgium). Condition is very good no damage or restoration. A very elegant vase exemplifying the European Art Deco style.
