Antique Large Figural Art Pottery Vessel by S. Hublet, Beige Art Deco Style Vase
About the Item
Stunning Art Deco style stoneware vase attributed to S. Hublet (Sylvain Hublet). Hand-crafted, this vessel has a granite like beige, pink and black surface accented by freeform chevrons on the top and the bottom. The center of this magnificent oversized art pottery has a tea pot shape with relief designs featuring faces and leaves that protrude from the surface.
Excellent vintage condition with very minor signs of age appropriate wear consistent with materials and use.
A fabulous, eye-catching Art Deco object perfect in any setting.
Measures: 16" High x 17 1/4" Wide x 11" Deep
Sylvain Hublet 1890/1985 was a Belgian ceramist who had close collaboration with another Belgian ceramist
