About the Item
Superb Art Deco elongated vase with a very original and elegant elongated shape.
Charles Edouard Grégoire (1901–1932) was a Belgian ceramicist active in the Châtelet region. He is renowned for his salted stoneware pieces, typical of the Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles, combining organic forms with decorations inspired by nature. His works, often signed "Grégoire" or "Grégoire Châtelet," are appreciated for their craftsmanship and refined aesthetics. Despite a short career, his legacy lives on among ceramic collectors.
