About the Item
Stunning, iridescent blue glass 'Flora' vase with red details. Made by Frantisek Koudelka for Prachen, Czech Republic, 1970s. This is a rare piece.
From the Mid-Century but has a Bohemian design with air bubbles integrated into the colour flow. František Koudelka is a Czech artist who was born in 1945 and is known as both a sculptor and painter.
The Czech Republic has a rich history of glass production, both pressed and hand made and have been one of the best producers in Europe of art glass.

The factory is situated in what is known as the Chrystal Kingdom region in Sweden.
