About the Item
Product Description:
This unique vase was designed by Carl-Harry Stålhane. Stålhane's works are well known for their quality and his versatility as an artist is renowned. Stålhane created functional tableware as well as full-fledged art objects (especially in his later life). In the vase on offer here you can see the matching of an abstract form with organic glazing which gives the vase a Classic, almost ancient, touch. The vase has a nicely balanced deep green and brown pattern. By turning the vase you can change its appearance as the pattern on the vase is not uniform.
Product Condition:
Some yellow paint-splashes appear on the glazing, this probably happened during the production process. Above the foot of the vase there is a little pinhole present and when examined in light some surface scratches appear as well. None of the imperfections are annoying to the eye.
