Chinese Large Vintage Sang De Bouef Glazed Art Pottery Vase

About the Item

A large and impressive vintage Chinese art pottery vase decorated in sang de boeuf flambé glazes. The vase of squat globular form sits on a narrow rounded unglazed foot and has a large apple shaped body with a narrow short neck and folded back trumpet shaped top. The vase is decorated in red and blue glazes over a natural glazed ground and is not marked. Offered in excellent condition with fine age crazing to the glazed finish.
