About the Item

A big white ceramic vase hand-painted with green and black lines by Mexican artist Cisco Jiménez. The lines on the vase are entangled in a dynamic composition. The vase is signed and dated 2009 on the bottom. Cisco Jiménez is a Mexican artist from Cuernavaca. An industrial designer by trade, Cisco is known as an outsider that has an ironic vision of marginality. His wit and sense of humor, along with the colorful palette, cultural references and artistic techniques allow him to express a critical vision of politics and social disadvantages in Mexico, always aspiring to become a universal vision of reality.
