Extraordinary Japanese contemporary hand-painted decorative porcelain vase with a stunning rotund shape and magnificent deep green color is a masterpiece by highly acclaimed master porcelain artist from Imari-Arita region of Japan. His signature style is a refreshing interpretation of traditional polychrome overglazed enameling. He has a very special relationship with nature, creating a very rich landscape on porcelain with breathtakingly colorful flowers swaying in the wind. His painstaking “drip painting” technique is designed to bring a subtly raised feel to flowers expressed in bold vibrant colors that brings flowers to life.
This artist is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards for his extraordinary porcelain work and his contributions to this centuries old art.
The vase depicts delicate blue foliage and vivid orange, white and pink flowers decorating the whole body of the vase on a beautiful deep green background with shishi lions appearing gracefully here and there.
This exquisite porcelain vase comes with a custom-made wooden case signed by the artist.
