About the Item

Stunning light gray, warm brown spotted shiny glaze on this classic Midcentury Modern large jar vase by ceramic artist Trude Barner Jespersen (1938-1997). Handmade, clean, functional cylinder shape in neutral earthtoned colors. Jespersen worked for Bing & Grøndahl but this piece is from her personal ceramic studio. Signed under base and in excellent condition! Denmark, 1960s.
