Large, highly decorative Art Deco vase.
Roger Guérin (1896-1954) was a Belgian ceramist of the Art Deco period. He studied under Willem Delsaux and founded the cooperative company Poteries Roger Guerin in 1919. Known for his experimental salt-glazing techniques and Art Deco decorations, he developed his business with his son Jules Guérin. His stoneware works are highly sought-after and continue to be sold at auctions and in art galleries. Extremely secure and careful shipping worldwide.
