JASPE EARTHENWARE POTTERY WATER/WINE JUG OR GARGOULETTE
Gargoulettes were originally used to pour water or wine at the table.
Hugely decorative form, colouration and wear.
Marbled greens browns and yellow glaze.
The pot is structurally sound. The glaze is worn in places as is typical in this sort of pottery. We feel this adds to its charm and tells its story
