About the Item
This vase was done by the well known potter Larry Shep of the United States and dates to 1983 and done in his signature Mid-Century Modern style. The vase is composed of cut and formed layered panels of clay with incised decoration to depict a series of raised stylized faces. The vase is finished with a deep turquoise glaze and is clearly signed and dated on the bottom as presented.
