Lino Tagliapietra 2008, Burnt Orange and Black Smalto Vase, Signed

About

Wonderful combination of layering of different techinques. There is a background of filigree canes crossed (or reticello) made with black smalto color. This is a color that Lino developed at the effetre times, allowing to stretch a small line of black without ending fading in amethyst. This black lace background is the layered by a compled sequence of burnt orange and black. Autumn colors for this masterpiece of Lino. Signed Lino Tagliapietra 2008 K. Recalls the tessuto vases of the 80s in technique.
