Stunning example of an English Hand Decorated Porcelain Flair Rim Vases of museum quality, unmarked but firmly attributed to Rockingham. Last half of the Nineteenth Century.
Each delicate wavy rim horn of plenty superbly hand painted depicting summer flowers and Old Roses. Supported on a square ornate base each corner with shell detailing.
Condition: Good condition for such early items, however there are a few hairlines at bases areas, also some light staining to ground colour and wear to gilding at high points, please see all on images eight to twelve where close ups are visible.
The low asking price is considered due to these imperfections.
Height: (overall as shown) 7” (18cm). Width: (at base area) 6.75” (17.25cm). Depth: (at base) 4” (10.25cm).
