About the Item

Mid-Century Modern Ceramic Vase by Erik Mornils for Nittsjö, Sweden, 1940s A refined and timeless ceramic vase designed by Erik Mornils for Nittsjö Keramik, Sweden, dating to the 1940s. This elegant piece captures the essence of early Mid-Century Scandinavian design with its clean graphic lines and subtle Asian influence, evident in the stylized bamboo motif. The warm terracotta-orange detailing contrasts beautifully with a soft, pale green glaze, creating a harmonious balance that feels both of its era and remarkably contemporary. The design is understated yet striking, exuding a quiet sophistication ideal for modern or traditional interiors alike. This piece is signed by the artist and remains in excellent vintage condition—an outstanding example of Swedish ceramic artistry. Dimensions: Height: 17 cm (6.69 in) Diameter: Approx. 14 cm (5.51 in) A beautifully composed work of Scandinavian design—decorative, collectible, and timeless. The price includes FREE shipping.
