Moser Large Pair Amethyst Pedestal Glass Vases with Chinese Designs

About the Item

An exceptional and large pair Moser amethyst glass vases with gilded chinoiserie patterns dating from around 1910. These tall glass vases Stand on a wide rounded solid pedestal foot with a short narrow stem and with a tall slender body with multiple facet cut sides. The vases are applied with a continuous decorative gilded band portraying a Chinese boating scene applied around the upper body of the vase and with gilded lines applied around the foot. The vases are not marked. In good condition with some age rubbing to the gilding and wear to the base.
