Murano Murrina Art Glass Mid-Century Vase, 1980
About the Item
Fantastic vase from the Murano glassworks, both for its particular workmanship and for its colour, in fact the vase is red and yellow in color but has a green internal lining, called "incamiciato".
Murano vase, with a particular workmanship all around. Oval amphora-shaped vase with a beautiful neck, with a particular manual workmanship with yellow stripes, and with Murrine located along its surface. Due to its heaviness and the thickness of the glass, it almost seems "submerged". Instead, it is "Camiciato" which means that the workmanship is very similar, but that they are two double-blown glasses of different colours, in this case red and yellow in glass paste and green in glass paste. Refinement and class as is the Murano style, unique pieces that always remain precious.
