BIOGRAPHY: Self-taught creator, Olivier Gagnère began his work in the wake of the Memphis group. His early creations, characterized by a radical approach yet always combined with a certain preciousness, gradually gave way to pieces imbued with a more classical sensibility. This vision of decorative arts led him to collaborate with Galerie Maeght, Bernardaud porcelain, and Saint-Louis crystalworks. His works are now featured in numerous museums.

    Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Very good to perfect conditions on the exterior parts of the vase. Very slight invisible restorations of the paint. The interior of the vase shows yellowing and the color of terracotta appears at the bottom of the vase.
