About the Item
Pair of exceptional large antique porcelain portrait vases from Royal Vienna featuring extensive gilt decorations and the finely painted portrait of a lovely female after the original painting by German master, Max Nonnenbruch, exhibited at the Grosse Berliner Kunstausstellung (Great Berlin Art Exhibition) of 1899. Entitled Wohlbefinden (Well-Being). Each 16 1/2 by 8 inches and in excellent condition. One with the red stamped Vienna mark with title in French, Bien Etre. Other with the familiar Vienna beehive (shield) mark.
