About the Item
A pair of large ceramic Chinese crackle glaze baluster vases, commonly known as 'Nanjing' porcelain. Dating from the 19th century, these elegant polychrome enamelled vases are decorated on their lower half with traditional scenes of jousting, combat and warrior games on foot and on horseback.
