About the Item

The Skyscraper Series are sets of handmade vessels featuring vibrant colors layered atop a mirrored interior that is meant to mimic the various steel and glass structures they are inspired by. Several of the vessels are finished off with a stopper that replicates the actual spires atop these structures and the stoppers are left transparent as a reminder that these works are indeed handblown glass vessels. Handmade in Brooklyn, NY by William Couig, 2018. Dimensions (L to R): WDC (Blue/Silver) 8" x 7" x 7". FIDI (Blue) 18" x 6" x 6". SFO (Silver) 14" x 5" x 5". CAN (Amethyst) 20" x 4" x 4". BAG (Ruby) 13" x 4" x 4". SEA (Green) 19" x 6" x 6". PAR (Gold) 12" x 7" x 7". KUL (Grey) 17" x 5" x 5". NYC (Blue) 18 x 5" x 5". LHO (Aqua) 11" x 5" x 5". Note: Skyscraper series pieces are ornamental objects and liquids should be strictly avoided as it will adversely affect the mirrored interior.
