About the Item

This vessel embodies the moment where sky and earth almost touch — an invisible line where light gently dissolves and everything becomes soft, quiet, and infinite. It carries within it a sense of distance and longing, of an endless horizon where the future, dreams, and memory meet. A vessel of transition, of tender hope, and deep stillness. This Vessel is part of a “Where the Sky Begins” – Collection “Where the Sky Begins” – A Collection of Vases This collection of nine vases was born from a deep contemplation of the sky — not merely as the space above us, but as a spiritual symbol, a breath of the soul. The name “Where the Sky Begins” speaks of the place where matter ends and spirit begins; where dreams, love, and memory meet. For me, the sky is more than clouds and light — it is a gateway to something infinite, pure, angelic. As it is written in Psalms: “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.” (Psalms 19:2) The sky reflects the beyond: the divine, the intangible, the softness and the light. It accompanies us from birth to departure — and is always present, even when we don’t look up. The vases were created through a quiet listening to that presence above, shaped with soft hues and organic movement, as if they are floating in the air. They speak the language of longing, of beginnings, and of endings that are really just new beginnings. As written in Ecclesiastes: “And the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.” So too are these vases — made of earth, yet carrying spirit within.
