Vase with lid in Alfe Porcelain. Alfe porcelain, known for its tradition and quality in Portugal, stands out in this piece for the harmonious combination of blue and green tones and the realistic representation of a countryside landscape with a horse in a proud position.
The vase has a classic and robust shape, with a rounded base that tapers slightly towards the top, culminating in a conical tipped lid, decorated with geometric and floral patterns, in harmony with the rest of the piece.
In the center, a horse in motion, rearing on its hind legs, in a natural landscape with a lake. On the other side of the vase is a country landscape with two horses grazing, in a frame decorated in soft blue and black. The horses, represented with realism, convey movement and vitality, while the countryside scenes convey depth and naturalness.
Marked at the bottom, “Séride de decoração limitada a 10 (dez) peças, série nº 6 – peça nº 8 pintado à mão – Rui Pinto”.
