A quintessentially mid century pottery vase from one of the famous West German pottery makers with a very distinct and elegant volcanic glaze. Great colors, shifting from a sea blue to grey and stone red on the upper part. The glaze has a nice subtle flowing volcanic quality and gives this vase a timeless and modern appearance. A great studio pottery piece for decorative use on your sideboard, table or desk. This pottery piece is a great addition to any stylish modern or mid century interior. Great vintage condition with no faults. Signed at the base.
