About the Item

A beautiful antique English Wedgwood Jasperware blue and white pitcher, in the Neoclassical style, circa late 19th century, England. A beautiful matte unglazed stoneware pitcher or vase with a white raised relief; center area on two sides has detailed figure: A women 'thinking' while leaning on pillar, and the opposite side, a man with musical instrument. Beautiful as standalone/statement piece, to use as a pitcher or to hold flowers. All authentication markings on bottom including, potter's marks, and 'Wedgwood', 'England' (separated), made from 1891-1908, please see images #19 and 20. Dimensions: 4" Depth x 6" Width x 5.13" Height. Italian Murano blue bowl shown also available, search 1stDibs ref. #: LU1314229775252
