German white porcelain ashtray (or catchall) in the 'variation' pattern, Midcentury Modern period, attributed to Finnish designer and sculptor, Tapio Wirkkala, for Rosenthal Studio-Line, Germany, circa mid-20th century. Exterior has a fluted design. Purchase for its intended use, an ashtray, or as a catchall for small items on a desk, to hold jewelry, etc. Very Good condition as shown in images. No chips noted. Never used. Dimension: 4" Diameter.
