About the Item
Murano glass ashtray attributed to Archimedes Seguso.
Delicate pink opalescent glass ashtray.
Consisting of a bowl on which a small bird is lying.
Attributable to Archimedes Seguso's glassworks because of the type of workmanship.
In addition to being a functional item, the ashtray is highly decorated and ideal for adding a touch of sophistication to one's surroundings.
Archimedes Seguso became a master glassmaker as early as the age of 17, he founded his own furnace, which in 1933 became Seguso art glass, very important was , for the company's notoriety, the collaboration with designer Flavio Poli who was its Art Director for a long time.
The item is in excellent conservative condition and has no defects.
